EECS Study Bot runs study rooms for a small Discord server. Members opt into an assignment problem, and the bot puts everyone working on it in a shared private channel so nobody else gets spoiled. Help requests are tracked without copying discussion onto public boards, and an admin opens a review phase when it’s time to compare answers.
When a room closes, the bot saves it as Discord-style HTML, Markdown, JSON, and downloaded attachments, with SHA-256 hashes so the archive can be verified later. Nothing is deleted from Discord unless a verified archive exists.
